NHNZ

Today I worked with a professional film company called NHNZ. This is based in New Zealand and is one of the biggest contributors of the National Geographic channels, Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, A & E Television Networks, Travel Channel as well as major broadcasters NHK (Japan), PBS (U.S.) and France 5. NHNZ have got close to 200 international awards including Emmy Awards and a prestigious Wildscreen Panda which made it all the more rewarding to help them.
This is a picture of the film crew at work. as you can see the equipment that they are using are for professionals. The cameras cost over £50,000 each but the quality was a massive increase in the ones that I have used. The fluffy thing the man is holding it to help with the sound so even though it was a windy day you would still be able to hear what the people were saying. this is something that would have come in handy with my filming because I had problems with the wind in the scene where 'Carl' and 'Sal' get robbed after winning the poker game.
