I have edited the way the card game was shown because it was quite slow paced and dragged on a bit compared to the fast paced start. I do still have it taking up a proportion of the time because it shows the importance of the game. By changing the way the card game has been structured has made it feel faster paced and therefore more exciting.

Editing
Today I finished the character editing. I was origionally going to have all the characters with a red background but I tested it out with different coloured backgrounds and I thought it looked a lot better with different colours. I have kept Sal and Carl the same colour because they are supposed to be the main people. I have also added them all back into the film trailer and it looks realy good.

Editing
To get this design I have to turn the action into a still frame and then copy it into photo shop. I then had to cut the person out of the picture and then paste it into a new slide. I then added different special effects to the characters. as you can see 'Carl' have been taken from the still frame and then cut out. I think the gradient background looks a lot better than the normal one colour.

Editing
Today I have been editing and I have found a few points that i could improve on. The lighting in some of the scenes could be a bit brighter e.g. in the poker scene it is a bit dark. Even tough I wanted the light to be quite dim to give of the effect that they are doing the gambling in a remote area hidden away I think it might be a bit too dark. In the scene of the interrogation the talking has a bit of an echo. I could probably re film the talking in a place that has no echos and then extract the sound. The problem with doing this is it could be very hard to get the timing right for it to fit into the real filming. The scenes were there is writing to say about the story haven't come off as well as I thought I would be able to get them so I might change the writing to having the actors saying the things written instead.

Editing
Today I have done some more editing to my filming. I have added two songs from freeplaymusic.com at the moment and they are;
Army Angels by user8855158
and
Peacemaker by user8855158
I have used Peacemaker at the start of the trailer and then the Army Angels at the end. I thought that Peacemaker was good at building tension because it is very fast paced and I thought that Army Angels fitted in well with the action going on in the trailer at the end. I have now got all the main filming done it is just a few minor changes that could be made to increase the quality of the trailer. At the moment the trailer is about 2 and a half minutes. I was origionally thinking it would be about 1 and a half minutes long but I think I will be keeping it about 2 and a half minutes long becuase I will have to miss out important parts of the trailer.

editing
I have done some editing today and have noticed a few of the scenes that I have done don't go together for example in the poker game the cards get delt as normal at the start but then the last twp cards seem to apear because I didn't catch them being put down on camera. I will need to refilm the poker scene because it doesn't give the feel that i wanted it to give.
This is the way I would want the poker scene to go like.
this poker game doesn't show much of the cards it is mainly the people and their reactions to the game so it feels like they have been playing for a long time. this gives the feeling that it poker game is important because they have been there for a long time. also with there not being any talking for the frist few minutes it highlights the feeling of them habving been playing for a long time.
